Meet Carla Högström
I am Carla Högström, a Registered Nutritional Therapist based in Stockholm with a background in Biomedicine, Nutrition, an MBA in International Business and a Master’s in Economics.
My work blends the science of Functional Medicine with the personalisation of Nutrigenomics — because your genes set the blueprint, but nutrition, movement, sleep and stress write the story.

I hold certifications from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), Lifecode Gx (Nutrigenomics Practitioner Programme 2025 & 2026), and the Institute for Functional Medicine (AFMCP-UK).
